We are excited to introduce our new  Self Advocacy program. This 6-week program is designed to empower individuals or groups to advocate for their own mental well-being in the workplace.

Our evidence-based approach combines a variety of therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
